It was a long day, 6 biked miles, 4 walked, 2 canoe, 600 yards dragging, and then had to carry the canoe 50 yards out. Yep, I’m tired. Not the worst canoe trip I’ve ever had but wouldn’t do it again. Thought the water would be up more. A push poll would have been clutch.

I need 1 for my boat too.... I'm just too cheap to buy 1 and still searching for that bamboo that's just the right size.... Or maybe 1 of those collapsible aluminum poles u clean a pool with

Last day of the season and I was not wanting to get up early but sure glad I did. It cooled off last night and is pleasant in the forties. Beats the heck out of the 70s the past couple days. Beautiful morning and enjoying my last hunt. Good luck to any Alabama folks out there today.

Since you brought it up, they should be dropping/dropped by now right? I've got 3 pictures with antlers in the last week

They’re dropping ‘em up here like mad. I’m getting some half racks, etc been out grid searching where a cell camera picked up a couple of half racks , beds, trails, poop, sign all over can’t find one antler I never find them except on accident!!!

The problem with that pool pole is in the name. Make you one out of a cypress board.

I took the dogs out shed hunting today . . . never saw a single skeeter. No sheds either, just one winter kill carcass.

I am soooo grateful to have private permission.....getting all set up. I went to preset the stand today but this big hog broke the feeder sooo...set up the tree and be back in the next day or 2 to fix the feeder
