New Gear for 2023, Go!

This may be the year I grab a doublestep stick and a small, light stand as an alternative to my climbing platform. I need something more in tune with sitting all day. I'm going to Iowa in early Nov.

I watched the Lattitude video on the new sticks. 74 second video with about 3 total seconds of bits and pieces of the sticks. As a still hunting video it was 10 out of 10, but other than that, I do not find the whole hype video thing that saddle companies seem to love so much to be very appealing. Certainly doesn’t make me want to buy their product.

For 2023, my goal for new gear is…NOTHING!!!

Taking stock, I have multiple climbing methods, platform options and weapon options. My overall goal is to use what I have and if I want to do something different, repurpose what I already have.
