Looking on their site, it shows a $179 price as well. I’ve never heard of them, are they usually sold under msrp?

That’s the R4G they are coming out with another camera that doesn’t have video or LED screen R4G lite that will be 120-130

Did a quick search of this thread with no results. I bought the Legend Saddle Gear Tomahawk X saddle a few weeks back. Messaged with them back and forth through Facebook. Very responsive folks! Quality of the saddle is on par with Overwatch and TX5. I’ve had 2 hours of using it in my yard. Did 1 hour leaning and 1 hour sitting. This thing is super comfy for me and I had very little adjustments and fidgeting once it was set. Definitely not one to be overlooked in my opinion. I’m 5’11” 185-190lbs and 32” pants waist for reference.

I'd have no interest in the Shift pack. But agree with Mike the Saddle Stalker seems promising, as it has modular capability with the molle loops, but maybe a little pricey for what it is. I'm a waist pack guy, so I could see it working in conjunction with. I could also see Tethrd or LWCG going after this design and creating a spinoff.

If I could figure out out to best carry my one stick on my waist pack, I think it would be the perfect pack for me. Maybe I’ll work on that this spring. I think waist packs are overlooked when it comes to compactly carrying only that which we need.

Been thinking a long similar lines. I normally wear my waist pack in the front. I've been thinking of something like these attached to the rear molle loops of a saddle might work:

Been meaning to email Jerry at CGM to put a bug in his ear.

I had bought a pair of these to adapt for same purpose: https://www.customgearmodifications.com/product-page/saddle-adjustment-straps

But what I'm showing above with similar Fastex buckles with true molle attachment anchors I think would be ideal.

Redline torch, 2 pin slider. .019 main and .010 adjustable second . Built in light. I'm seeing it @279 fixed and 299 dovetail. Unfortunately I don't think it's made in the USA but that's a lot of sight at a reasonable price

I was very underwhelmed with the redline sights I messed with. They just didn’t feel solid and the thin pins are scary. In a video (Hunting Gear Deals, I think) the display at the ATA had a bent pin.

Someone needs to make a foot climbing platform, like a robust version of the lone wolf hand climber, to take the place of a foot tether. I want to keep my main tether as is on my 2TC setup, and just pull up my feet each move on the platform.
Xop is doing that

Good to know, thank you! I haven't played with any yet. I'm definitely in the market for a sight, I have a new bow to set up

I just put a Black Gold Rush 3 pin on my bow today, it's awesome!
Black golds customer service is unmatched.

I've broken my sight twice - one because I dropped it and the other from over tightening the elevation screw. Both 100% my fault and not a problem with the sight. All I had to pay was shipping to them the first time and the second time they sent the part to me and didn't even charge shipping

Sights are very rugged. Me breaking it was a freak accident.

I'm all for it. Finally!

Do you know what mods they're going to make the top to facilitate this?

As is, it appears you can't "herringbone" feet under the arms of the top portion unless your feet are very flat. And will the cable adjustment be manageable, in your opinion, while climbing to account for tree taper?

Well I have 2 phone calls into them with no response. Hopefully they get it together soon.

They are high on my list! For the price that's probably what I'll buy, those axcel sights are nice but they're pretty proud of them

Its been tried, and the main drawback is that it can get noisy and hard to pull up because of the geometry of your body to the tree.
Either you're dragging and scraping it up the tree, or you kind of thud it from the force of kicking it out and up.
Obviously practice and going slow can mitigate it, but those are real obstacles.
However maybe with just the right design and technique it'll become a reality and practical! I'm hopeful as well.

I had responsive customer service from them but the pure 75 was the worst sight I ever had. I sent it back 5 times. Last time they just sent me a brand new one back so I sold it. Never again…
