I got burned by them two season ago. They got their last dime out of me. Sold my Helium sticks. I think the only Hawk product I have left is a pull rope that I don't use. They used to be a good company until GSM took over.

Really sucks I can't get excited about these. I wanted to want them, but the loopty loop rope attachment and hollow tube noise killed it for me.

I know I'm supposed to be mad about the stand off height, but I don't care about that as much.
 
I seen some at the saddlefest and they are pretty nice...I take pride in using homemade stuff so they aren't for me....but they are pretty nice.

I'm not opposed to shooting some great stuff in them. But I wanna see someone else do it first :laughing:
 
They didn't seem any more noisy than any other stick I've seen. They had some gray sheath stuff on them. I would vet wrap on top of that and IMO they would be good. I 99% sure the set I was messing with had been used for a season so maybe the little tits were worn in or maybe they were sanded but they nested pretty easy.

Lower profile than Versa buttons and cam cleats, make for a good fastening device on sticks that top stack.
