New Gear release 2021

Lower profile than Versa buttons and cam cleats, make for a good fastening device on sticks that top stack.
Yup and not to mention the weight reduction. I can't stand those cam buckles. The only place I use them is on the platform and will be using it on the beast stand. I use versa straps as a rope mod on my sticks right now but wish I could get them a hair tighter. Will probably give the modified daisy chain method a try see how that goes. Just annoys me fiddling around. Might have to try making one of those cleats doesn't look to overly complicated.

I'm with ya, but a daisy chain is too easy to pass up. When I first switched to daisy chains, I was worried about not being able to get them tight (which this tie fighter design solves), but I can get a shikar to bite like a great white with a daisy chain

Really sucks I can't get excited about these. I wanted to want them, but the loopty loop rope attachment and hollow tube noise killed it for me.

I know I'm supposed to be mad about the stand off height, but I don't care about that as much.

I suppose the advertisement was the final put off for me.

What a monster of hits and misses these are.

If I could play around with them, who knows, I might end up liking them. But at this point they're just too big of a risk for the coin.

I thought about getting them at first. The more I looked at them the less I liked them. If they would of been for sale right away I would probably have 4 if them. Now I am just gonna stick with what I got. To many little things I don't like. Stand off too short and don't like how the end of step turns up so much.

As predicted the timing couldn’t be better. Tax money coming soon and Sleepy Joe about to send more Covid money.

They must have gotten a ton if they haven't sold out yet. There are a ton of people buying them.

Anyone have information on the new Catalyst Carbon Pros? They are really the only company I'm really following, the prototypes look like they have everything (aside from maybe packability...?).

Same length, about an inch further from the tree a pound

They are working on other carbon sticks also. Still in development

Machined in house in Indiana. No idea where they get their carbon from.
When will they be available? Does the weight include the attachment method like the one stick does? Is there any video reviews out there yet? I'm like a 4 year old with all of these questions I know.
