I believe Novix outdoors will crush these companies in selling treestands. They redesigned the Lone Wolf Alpha 2 from 14lbs and made it 2.5 lbs lighter now it’s 11.5 pounds. If they do the same for the Assault which I believe they are then it will probably come in around 8.5 pounds and be offered at less than half the price of these other companies. I don’t think many mobile hunters are gonna pay that much more for a stand that only weighs 2 maybe 3 pounds less.I
i have to respectfully disagree.
I get it but I disagree so please no offense.
I have the lwcg 1.0 and love it. Im sure it will last a long long time.
Worth every penny.
Its like sitka or first lite or couple other clothing line. its big money but will last.
Well if we wanna compare i guess we can say the beast is getting even worse with a $625 knock off lw deer stand.
Or how about Tethered with their $140 dollar a piece stick and big money platforms and saddles.
This is just the trend. Everyone seems to need themost expensive new equipment every year to become an expert or tester or pro staff.
I do love my beast sticks but I even seen the beast has gotten a bit greedy raising sticks to $99 a piece.
Now i believe when those sticks came out few years back people cringed at $80 a stick.
people are buying them up still like candy.
so the demand goes up so the price goes up.
its common buisness tactics. Is it wrong? Yup
It is getting just greedy and stupid with the companies but, i will say.
We all get sucked into these influencers and eventually the products they dangle that claim to be the best on the market, will bring you that much closer to killing a huge public land buck.
its all marketing my friends. Jab jab punch ploys. Research that.
These companies or groups are out for one thing and had one thing in mind when they started. Money.
Which is fine its business.
It starts with gathering a following then its about a cash grab on products they come out with.
I myself am guilty of being a sucker too.
In my honest opinion these big influencers that sell these products are really for a different kind of hunter. With that being said its a class of hunter who actually puts 100’s of hours on stand.
This light weight high priced equipment is very good equipment and is worth the money for the xtreme hunter. not for the weekend warrior.
i would never refer these products to a weekend warrior or a hunter who only has time to hunt few times a week.
Nothing wrong with cheaper versions of sticks and stands for the non xtreme hunters.
just my 2 cents im sure someone wont like or maybe will agree. Just my honest opinion
