I don’t get it
Pull the picture up on your phone. Spin your phone around and look at it up side down..
Or the other option. Sit with your feet on the platform. If you want to lean lower your feet down.. you are now leaning. I did this a few times last season with my one stick. No tether adjustment.
 
Matt said around 3lbs is the weight on BOB

The cam cleat is a micro cleat, that rope is 8 mm. He said they will come with a full bury Amsteel rope.
 
That would be quite ballsy to sell that with the micro cleat. Its what I use on a couple of my one-stick setups... I trust it... but I'm not using the camming action like this is intended.
 
I don’t see a reason to have that camming action. I would rather see the standoff separated from the platform and welded to the post. keep the platform hinged and leveling. That would allow you to fold the platform out of the way to prevent smacking your shins and double as a grab handle.

I agree with that assessment. That would be the optimum configuration. However, I do see potential with it as is.
