New Gear Release 2022!

Which
so Turkey vs Regular Pac seat, which one are you taking on a boat ride this deer season?

From what I can tell, the only difference is 8" lower which appeals to me for some reason.

Which one is lower? And what’s the lead time like?

I may end up using the turkey chair more. I like the idea of a lower profile and a pound of weight shed. Just need to make sure the limbs on the mini don't bang my knee.

Future Video?

The picture of the lady with the bow looks to be the same for both seats, on the Waldrop website.

Yes, I'll be doing a couple of videos in the future.

I don't think it'd be possible to shoot a bow out of the turkey seat unless you had something like a little gear head. I also don't think I like it as much as a general purpose campfire/creekbank chair due to how low it is to get in and out of. But it fits perfectly with ghostblind's phantom model. Gives you good comfort and good concealment in just a couple of minutes and for only 7lbs or so combined.

It's just what the doctor ordered for public turkeys

Do is the turkey chair 4 lbs? They both say 5 in the specs on the website. Thanks
They weigh about the same. Only difference is a few inches of conduit material on the legs. My chair is heavily wrapped with vet wrap and had the tennis balls on it when I weighed it. Turkey chair didn't.

Totally slipped my mind until you mentioned it

Did you compare to the reg seeker? Weight and size trade-off? How was it? Worth the wait and weight?
Did you see any comparable new platforms that have a slanted front?

I didn’t compare it hand in hand no, the regular seeker is a little too big for my personal style. I didn’t really see any platforms to compare it to, no. I wanna say they said it would be under 4lbs. I can’t think of too many that have a slanted front like it.
If you didn’t already have a platform it would be a good one but for me I’ll probably just keep my EDP. I’m no platform expert I got lucky when I got the EDP. Hasn’t let me down yet.

Good to know. Trying to figure out if light weight or larger surface area is more important (new to saddle hunting). Obviously it’s a trade off. The Seeker seems to be right in the middle in size and weight. Similar to the Predator XL.

Hey Ik not everyone can do this but when I started I bought both the Trophyline EDP and Mission. Played with them for a little while until I decided I liked the EDP. This stuff usually holds a pretty good resale value. So you could buy both the Cruzr Seeker and then the Seeker Mini try them for a few days or the season and then just sell the one you don’t like! Hunt one time with one and then hunt another time with another or something.

That's very interesting. It checks several of the innovation boxes. Who's going to first?

And just like that, JX3 has lost the title of steepest in the market!

This one for those trying to figure out what to do with #2.

Don't get me wrong....it's tailored, not just customizable.

And a veteran owned business.

But the video didn't touch on the cost.

I hate to break this guys heart, but he’s not getting that patent to pass. New Tribe has been making recreational climbing harnesses like this for 4 decades. Only difference is he’s hiding 2” straps in the cordura, and they are leaving the one inch straps exposed similar to a rock climbing harness.

It reminded me of a canyoneering harness with an inner thigh bridge.
