I'm down a pound as of Wednesday morning. But many circumstances hand played into not being further along. Tons of stress eating, sick, kids, hotel rooms.

Don’t let it discourage you
You can do it
Just stick with it as much as possible
One less spoon full is still an improvement

You guys are inspirational. I didn't get into the original sign up but have been monitoring progress along the way. I was 214 in January had a Dr. appt last fri. and I'm at 207. I'm shooting for 185ish. At 56 yrs old I don't metabolize like a teenager any more. My job is physical but not enough to keep up with my bad eating habits. Mostly I'm eating less junk and watching my portion size. Everyone keep up the good work. It's slow progress for me but it's progress that shows me I'm making better choices.
