Pac -seat

Says they should be $225 for the foreseeable future since they can get some of the material cheaper now.

Anyone use a pac seat and a guille suit?

the thing only weights two pounds? Oh snap. The temptation.

I've bought so many different hunting chairs that my old back didn't like, I'm afraid to drop 200 on another one . I have a cheap Alps Turkey Chair that is amazingly comfortable but sits too low to see the deer looking at me over the beans.

I bought two for Christmas presents. They said these are in stock ready to ship but they are going fast.

TURKEY SEAT

PROS: Lower seat height means more concealment and a lower profile. The legs don't ride as far down on your back, which eliminates any potential for them to bump brush. Slightly less weight technically, but you can't feel the difference in hand or on back

CONS: Lower seat height means less visibility in brushy or graasy areas. You're probably not drawing your bow from it.

REGULAR SEAT

PROS: Higher seat means more visibility in grassy or brush areas. Easier to get in and out of due to higher seat.

CONS: Longer legs mean sometimes I bump the end on something while walking. Technically weighs slightly more, although I can't tell. Higher seat height means you have a larger profile and can be more visible.

Overall, I like them both but would personally keep the turkey seat if I had to choose. Mainly because I don't bow hunt and am young enough that the low seat height doesn't bother me if I'm using it as a fishing or camp chair, and it's nice to have one seat that I can use for pretty much everything I do in the outdoors.
