Ok for all those people saying they love there bibs, what brands are you rocking for early season vs late season in colder weather?
I’m a fan of bibs especially the ones that have side pocket on the legs or upper thigh. Normal pockets are useless in a saddle

I hate belts and tight pants around my waist like crazy, my wife absolutely hates this but i buy pants a good size to big for me and wear some Duluth Trading company suspenders that only clip on the sides just so I don't have anything tight around my waist. I love those suspenders, I actually am using a pair of them with my sit drag right now till my AH kite comes in next month...I just wish it was easier to find warm-weather bibs. I love not having to wear a belt or having a seam around my waist. Down here it's so hot I would hunt in JUST bibs if they made some in lightweight material.
Look at naturalgear.....they have lite bibsI just wish it was easier to find warm-weather bibs. I love not having to wear a belt or having a seam around my waist. Down here it's so hot I would hunt in JUST bibs if they made some in lightweight material.

So did, I... Sales going on for the un-insulated ones, free shipping on orders over 99.00 so i picked a shirt and my order was 99.98 so it saved me shipping...just grabbed a pair thatnks
I was going to grab a pair of overalls for early season that are uninsulated. Only thing I cant stand about using the saddle is my shirt creeps up my back
Bowshot, how was your experience with a HBS in a saddle when you were in NY? Did you cut holes in it to allow access to your bridge loops and lineman's loops etc.???100%. This is what I do also. Switched to a home-made Heater Body Suit thingy when I lived in NY if it got super cold. That thing was the cats. I could be warm enough to take a nap during pre-sunrise to post-sunset sits in 25 mph wind, 5 degrees F.
New game now that I'm n KY (as of spring 2017) and usind a saddle (maiden year). I still have yet to figure things out, but I'm confident that aQUALTY bib will do the trick.

Well, that was my pre-saddle days, so I only used it on the ground or in a tree (still have it :^D ). I just moved to KY 1.5 years ago and its quite a bit warmer here. Actually, my rig is a 0 degree rectangular sleeping bag (Polarguard Delta insulation) with a wind-proof cover sewn on, and straps sewed in to hold it up. Love that thing to death, so warm!Bowshot, how was your experience with a HBS in a saddle when you were in NY? Did you cut holes in it to allow access to your bridge loops and lineman's loops etc.???
