Put some stank on the Girdle?

Again, top notch build quality. I did a short sit and felt like I was adjusting everything the wrong way... I could move pressure where I needed to. I think it might not be for me since I live to one-stick, but then again the rappelling position would be comfy.

I think I'll try one more sit in the backyard and get this thing on the mail. @Chrighton please pm you address and I'll send it your way.

Sorry for the delay @always89y, thanks for the opportunity. IMG_20200802_101906.jpg

So, the hooks should face away from your body

Now it’s got stank on both sides of the saddle! Lol
Now flip it fight side out and see if it changes comfort level!

See you in a tree, Ricky

Partial update... I received the girdle today. I got home from working & teaching golf after dark, no time yet to hang (at ground level). On first glance, I'm very impressed by the build quality... kudos @always89y
I'll put some stank on it over the next couple days - maybe into the weekend. @MADhunts whats your schedule looking like? Send me a PM.
Another interesting development is I should be receiving my L.O. Method tomorrow also and will get some comparison shots.
More to come... stay tuned.

Can I play? I cant give much as far as comparison but I can give a noob perspective if you want. I went ahead and put Razorbak on the list. If @gcr0003 is willing, we might can meet up and try it out at the same time (not literally at the same time) and ship it to the next guy to save a few steps.

Quite a different in size. Is the Method about 24" from bridge loop to bridge loop?
Wow. Huge size difference. When I made the Girdle I was concerned that it was a bit to small.
How is the method as far as comfort? I would imagine the wider webbing makes a huge difference.

Both are very comfortable, I can get that dimension for you @bj139. I agree that the 2in webbing adds a bit of comfort, but also weight. The Girdle being bigger allows you to adjust the top panel further up. I can still see myself using a backband on occasion with the method and maybe even the recon. Not a huge issue as it sits in the bottom of my dump pouch anyhow.
The method panels are connected by the lineman's loops so you can only have so much space between the two panels.
Thanks for the opportunity to try this @always89y - keep up the good work.
I've sent the girdle onto @Recurveaholic - enjoy!

I don't have a Method saddle. I was just going by the picture @Chrighton posted in #31.

I can see how you thought that was directed towards you @bj139, but was actually meant for the group, or whoever has the Method. @Chrighton filled me in. Kind of what I expected. The down side tot he girdle, of course, is there are no linemans loops for that that use them, nor are there any molle loops. That is part of the weight difference for sure. Sounds like the Method is a good option for the Anderson/Recon/Wraptor/Eberhart type saddle lover, which I am! Im still convinced the sling style is the most comfortable.

I received it yesterday and just from the first impression it is made very well and I like the way you can hook the backstrap to the main saddle while not in use and the adjustable bridge has got me thinking about switching from my webbing bridge! I will get some sit time this weekend if work allows!! Thanks to @always89y for the opportunity to try this out and the hard work put in to the build and design!!
