Replacement Kestrel Flex

They may have dispensed with the RA numbers for the early release Flex saddles since they know why all of them are getting returned. Just a guess.
 
They are great with their customer service. I have dealt with them ever since the Kestrel came out and I have never been disappointed.
 
Same experience here, i ordered on launch day. Experienced same issues as everyone else , emailed AH and they took care of it no questions asked. Should be receiving my new flex tomorrow in under two weeks. They have been awesome to deal with, second saddle I’ve purchased from them. Couldn’t be happier with them and their products!
 
Thanks to the thread and all of you , I would have just let it go. It’s been a while since I’ve been on here. Needed to take a brake. When I saw the thread I figured I’d give it a shot. Just goes to show how invaluable this site is. Thank you!
 
I just spoke with AH and all I can say is what a great company that stands behind what they make. I bought a flex on launch day and told them that. And basically within 5 minutes they set me up with a confirmation number and all I needed to do was box up my saddle and leave it on the porch for UPS to pick up and when they receive it I will have a new saddle sent. Pretty awesome. I spoke to a real human, no BS, no waiting for my saddle to break or show extreme signs of wear. They realize there was a problem and they are taking care of it. Seeing how other companies have tried to take care of, or not taken care of problems, I should say. The folks at aerohunter deserve some praise for their efforts. And making and backing a great product!!
 
My Flex finally made it back to New Tribe yesterday. It took awhile for it to get there. Now just waiting on the new Flex to arrive.
 
Add me to the list of people with awesome AH customer service experience. Ordered the Flex June of last year and had one of the first runs of the saddle. Contacted Aerohunter and they are replacing my flex. Heck I offered to pay for the upgrade but they are sending me new anyways.

Pick up at my house via UPS on Monday. 2-3 weeks should have the updated Flex.
 
Great company. Not only are they replacing my Flex, Debbie was willing to send me back a size 2 instead of the size 1 I'm returning.

Got my replacement yesterday. I agree it’s definitely heavier but some of that could be the upsizing as well. Had to do a short hang and I definitely believe it’s going to be more comfortable than the size 1.

How long after they received your old one till the new one went out?
