I have a Tethrd Mantis size Large and since I first started using it a few months ago, I always felt like the bottom of the saddle would ride up and not be that comfortable.
I was putting the waist belt low and hooking the leg loops to the attachment points on my waist belt like I saw Greg do in the Mantis Saddle setup and directions video on the Tethrd website like this:

But even so, when I was in a tree, I found myself constantly readjusting by pulling at the bottom of the saddle, so I could get more support under my butt and the seat of my legs:

Then not too long ago, I was on Youtube watching this Matins vs Kestrel Flex video from the NY Saddle Hunter channel:
And at the 6:20 mark he started talking about how he hooks the leg loops to the attachment points at the bottom of the saddle itself:

I decided to give it a shot and holy cow I felt like a dummy for not trying this sooner. The comfort level and support went up tenfold!
Now when I sit or lean back in my saddle the bottom of it isn’t riding up anymore and I feel way more comfortable up in a tree. You may be able to see the difference in the pics below in which the saddle isn’t scrunched or riding up like in my other screenshot above:

If you’re feeling like your Mantis could be more comfortable, try putting the leg loops at the bottom of the saddle and that just may be the fix you need.
Side note: Since making this change, I also feel much more comfortable and supported when going up and down while one-sticking
