My feet are never cold, I have a system down. But they are today. I think it's the slats on this god forsaken thing sucking the heat out. Ready to go back to my .5. Maybe soon, feeling pretty good.

Good luck team! I'm probably pretty much a weekend warrior now but I'll go out in anything I think I have a chance at tracking in :tearsofjoy: . Hopefully put another 1or 3 down. I some in range last weekend, hopefully I can turn that plan into success this weekend

Oct 1 I blew my knee out thought I was gonna be on the ground or drinking at camp all season.

I'm a mile back in a spot I thought I wouldn't be able to get to even 2 days ago and one sticked this biotch.

l saw a biggun on camera back here. Been after this buck 3 years.

Just thought I should mention the unreasonable amount of joy I find in watching some stranger from the internet salvage what would be a ruined season for most. Keep hammering

No, I got down, packed up and hauled butt to the bow shop. Guy I use is really good and he got it put back together and went over everything. I was shooting it last night and thankfully my pins or tune didn't change. I'll be back in a tree this afternoon.

Well I know what caused it... After setting up I always draw my bow to check shooting around limbs and make sure everything is good. When I went to let down, my grunt call got caught in the string, torqued the bow, it derailed, grunt call went flying ....

Nothing but a beautiful sunrise and some chippers so far. Chipper rut must be on, they're going nuts.

Gonna sit here all day I guess. It was a commitment to get back here. I have several scrapes in range. Wind is good. It makes too much sense not to. But gosh are all days boring.
