The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

I did about 6 miles of scouting snow covered trails last night in 17 degree temps with 20-30mph winds, after the kids went to bed... I didn't find anything good, but I now know where I'm NOT going!

Well looks like I’m gonna end the season a little early. Put up a 9pt and a doe. Upgrading I think isn’t gonna happen. I’m actually seeing deer that have shed some antlers. Gonna let the bucks get another year growth instead of shooting something by accident that would have potential. Had a hard season but still a good one over all. Good luck to all that are still grinding.

My season is officially done for me. The flu came to visit the entire house... No way I'm making it out this Saturday, unless something exceptional happens.

Alrighty, I'm done for the year, guys! I did actually sit Saturday afternoon, but I didn't even see a squirrel...
Maybe too early to call, but I think we won the contest this year lol!
All my stuff is washed, sorted, and packed away. Now for the gear assessments, "after-season" updates, and "trimming" lol... Maybe I'll do some squirrel or predator stuff, but that's not a real priority right now.
