Im running the beast minis and EDP mine should be here Friday so id like to hear how you like it once loaded up
@goody94 can you take a few more pics of that dump pouch? I was thinking of picking one up to add to my F1 and I'm trying to figure out which of the vintage pouches to pick up. Thanks!
So I loaded everything this afternoon. I tried the connections on top of the bag but unless you situated then perfectly balanced side to side they seemed to slip and fall to one side. However when I strapped them underneath they were perfect and didn’t hit my thighs at all. I could also reach and unbuckle them without taking pack off which I couldn’t do with them strapped on top of bag.Let me know how it works when you do
Nice. Seems like a nice setup. Have any pictures? So I loaded everything this afternoon. Try tightening the middle strap that comes from the top portion to the bag. With tension on that it should hold the bump off.Mine came in today also and I echo everything that has been said so far.
I am currently playing around with the mission mounting on the pack and the hump is still getting me. You guys with the mission having the same issue? If not, how are you mounting yours?
You have some pics?Set mine up different ways tonight and think I have it dialed in.
Tried the Beast minis strappef to my Mission and it packed ok. Pack was kind of a pain to get on due to the weight and the stick steps/stand offs can get hung on the straps causing more issues.
Settled on the Mission on the back straps and my 4 Beast minis strapped to the bottom of the pack. Like Bigcat said the sticks don't bounce off your thighs and what I think is the biggest benefit is getting the sticks unhooked without having to take your pack off. The platform can also be unhooked without taking the pack off.
I also moved my tether dump pouch and stick J clip holders from my saddle to the molle on the pack.
I'm sure I'll make more adjustments during the season but going to start here.
Pictures of my dump pouch and stick J clips. My dump pouch will hold my tether and tree strap. I won't need to take my pack off until I'm completely set up in the tree. You have some pics?
trying to figure out if I want to take my sys haulers off saddle etc
Mine just arrived and it has white moldy looking spots on it
A couple pieces of molle would be very useful for strapping additional stuff to exterior

I tried carrying DIY modified hawks. It was better and more comfortable carrying them underneath was better than with the straps on top. With the other straps dialed in the sticks never hit the back of thighs and actually carried very wellAnyone with pics of this pack with hawk mini sticks? How does it carry them?
