How are u guys labeling your lines..... it is required to have name and address labeled here in fla. I picked out a couple spots today I'll try..... just waiting on stuff to show up in the mail.

Florida is not know for catfish.... our specialty is known by real crackers as "sharpies".....7-10inch channel cats... skin, behead, gut, flour or batter, and cooked up whole.....
 
From the looks of things you don’t need no mentoring

Need to send someone by the Snyper Shack and see if he’s flying the one to go flag yet

I use brass trap tags. Like $12 for 50.

That's the ones I've been trying to target. 2lbs and under skin super easy with pliers and fry up just right in a 10" cast iron skillet.

Good luck! I may have a 4ft gator on the line. He was eyeballing a fish hooked shallow.

Duct tape and a sharpie marker or if you want to get fancy trapping tags. F&T will stamp copper trapping tags https://www.fntpost.com/Products/Copper+Trap+Tags+(Machine+Stamped)
 
I’d like to run a couple with you one day if you’ll have me. Wife and I have been wanting some catfish. I Haven’t had the time lately. Might try it this weekend, rain or shine.

More hooks are suppose to come in Saturday. I can add more Saturday night to my line since its only half full of hooks. We can meet up Sunday morning,early, run the line and you can take home what we catch.
