Not yet. I'm just on the waiting list for the lonestar. He just recently released it. I did get lucky & got a reaper in though. Huge improvement in comfort over the method. I'm a 34 waist & went with a large & everything is perfect. The lonestar has to be a step above. As soon as it gets in I'll do a couple all day sits & see if I can tell a difference.

How much does the stretch in the seat actually open? Is it just a little give or enough support for someone who switches from sitting to leaning?

The stretch doesn't really open. It's really a stretchy type materiel that runs through
the center of the saddle. It adds extra support and conforms around you. Really comfy.
Yes its has a lot of support from switching to leaning & sitting. Both are really comfy.
What I notice is I don't have to reach down & make any adjustments to switch from
leaning to sitting. Just kind of lands right where you need it.

The XPD more opens then folds back. From the video it opened up almost to his knees
& folded back up really easy.

Let me get a pic of the stretch panel. Hang loose

The stretch is pretty much the padding used in some backpack straps. It doesn’t really stretch much if at all. If could get over the price I would definitely get the pleated one.

Has anyone been able to use the Pleat and stretch seats on here and can give some more feedback? Not sure if I wanna try and order one or the other.

I haven’t tried tried the Lonestar but I have had 2 pleated TX5s and a stretch. I much preferred the pleat. Found the stretch to be kinda gimmicky. It didn’t do much.

Glad to hear it. I had a cruzr xc and the pleat was good for sitting, but I really think the build quality and features of the TX5 put it a step above. Looking forward to putting it through its paces

Here is my Review of the Lonestar..

Ordered a TX5 Lonestar with HPR and 2 matching dump pouches… Received today and even though the Michigan season doesn’t start for a week I had to try it out…. I sad in a tree for 3 hours practicing shooting and testing comfort… all I can say is AWESOME… this as Mathew said, is a GAME CHANGER. If anyone is questioning why they would want to order the saddle don’t. It’s the best of the best. I have tried 3 different manufacturers over the last couple of years and nothing compares.

I ordered the First Lite Fusion material with matching pouches.

I ordered a lone star with the large dump pouches. I would love to see them on a saddle to compare size. Also what order number were you?

What pouches are you familiar with? The medium ones are equivalent to tethrd sys haulers or the EWO microsuede pouches. The large is good for rapell setup.

I rapell so I think I went the right way. Right now I’m using a roll pouch on each side.
