What broadheads are you shooting this year?

Rage Hypodermic. All day everyday. I have put them through the shoulder blade with no issue at all. I can't remember the last time I didnt get a pass though (outside of a spine hit deer)

I do also keep a Slick Trick in the quiver in case I need to spot and stalk through the brush.

Almost any broadhead, even a rage, will pass through a shoulder BLADE. Not hard bone at all. If you hit the thick part on the inside I bet you won't get that thing through.

Magnus Black Hornet Ser-razors 125 grain. Sharpened them up today. Setting them up on 29.75” 300 spine GT XT Hunters with 200 grain Ethics inserts.

I never got a tracking number, they just showed up the day after I emailed the dude asking where they were lol

It took a little time but I got them good and sharp with sandpaper. Start from rough, 120 grit, and worked down to 5000 grit to polish. The edge/bevel on them are real steep so I took extra time to change the angle.

Thanks bud

Did you think those DirtNaps were louder than most broadheads?
Not from what I see/hear....i was impressed with performance....i just dont like the 25gr weight having such larger OD and the extra long threads to compensate for the extra weight....the 150gr they have look good. I like having some real steel blades that u can actually sharpen so phasing them out as they get shot...

How are yours flying? Im trying the 100 grains and struggling to get consistency. Two shoot good and the third sprays 4 inches away. Im going to try running that head on a different arrow or two tonight and see if i can get some pattern.
So far so good but I have only shot one of them and it flys just fine. I keep my shots under 30 yards. This week I'll get my hunting arrows in, I'll bare shat tune then shoot all of the broadheads I plan to use. Once I'm happy with that I'll sharpen and be ready for Sept 12th.

Grimreaper whitetail extreme. 440grain setup only difference this year is the extra blade on the broadhead. I normally would run regular whitetail specials

NAP Spitfire cut on contact. Haven’t lost a deer yet with them and they left awesome blood trails. Clean pass through on both kills but both were broadside.

Talked to James at Edge today. Apparently my order got returned in the aus post to him twice. He told me that he doubled my Broadhead order and is sending them again. If they do get here, and he sent me 6 heads, that says a lot about him and his company. Thanks for your feedback man

Been shooting Magnus Stinger Buzzcuts for the last couple years with no complaints. Adding some slick trick viper tricks to the quiver this year too. They fly like darts right on with my buzzcuts.

Been shooting Rage Hypos for 3-4 years now.
Can’t decide if I’m no longer in vogue, or considered retro

Starting shooting the Steel Force Traditional Series 225gr. single bevels this past spring. Fairly cheap compared to most others ($45 per 3 pack) and fly great out to 50+ yds. So far have shot 3 hogs with them and have all been complete pass throughs, even on a 175lb boar that I hit square in the shoulder. None of them ran more than 75 yds (one died within 10) and blood trails have been great. Looking forward to seeing how they perform this fall.

Muzzy 4 blade 90 grain fixed. 8 of 8 deer found that I hit with these broad heads. They cost less than $6 apiece. Everyone goes for the fanciest new expensive thing out there, I stick with simple, cheap, and proven.
