Why don't yall 2TC?

Then you'd add more video as ppl make new advancements?

Yea as long as someone sends it to me. If someone into 2TC wants to volunteer to create the list and thread I can lock that too and they can just edit it to add any new ones.

I kind of like his system/style. Just me, but with a stagger aider, it seem like his balance and footing is very stable compared to hooking the tree or other support method. And he does not have as much slack as I see other 2TC users either. I might give this a copy.

There was some one on here that showed climbing with an aider like this a while back. I’ve tried it and it does work fine but I am able to step in my foot tether with it as high as it will go so I didn’t benefit from the extra steps of the aider. If anything it’s just another slipping point.

I watched the video and I saw no difference in the slack produced with this method over the other 2 tether climbing methods. That said some many prefer this method, give it a shot and let us know what you think.

I think he called it the "sladder" and there's a whole thread on it, and you can buy it for $270!!!

I saw that video too. I think if you can get your foot into the multi-step aiders with bigger boots easy enough it would be a fine system. For sure cost effective and light. I've climbed with something similar, but I like the option of additional foot loops as depending on the lean of the tree, tree diameter and other factors, having additional height steps can be helpful especially when working around branches.

You could buy in bulk and maybe make it happen for $600 million. That was the last number I heard thrown around for a new data center. Then you could spend the left over $400 million on saddle gear, lol.

That is still not enough to get the best saddle gear on the market. Might as well be using API sticks and fleece!
