Introducing the 2017 Aero Hunter Kestrel

I don't know that the order numbers started at 1. I would like to think they had that good of a pre preorder but I was 281 and felt like I was pretty early. Even the YouTube videos only had about 250 views this morning.
@Boudreaux the website list the weight at 5lbs. Is that the weight or 3.5 lbs?
 
Maybe they took phone orders before hand. Or maybe you are correct. Another great marketing tool.Exaggerate the sale figures. Whatever it is I am excited to try this product. I expect a size 1 is significantly lighter than a size 2. That could be the difference plus if you have a back belt.

I could see 5lbs with the complete system. If it was 5lbs for just saddle weight i would just stick with the Sitdrag.
 
Mine is ordered - placed last night! On the order numbers, I suspect that's their total web orders because I purchased the Evolution last year in December and had an order number of 88. I just ordered the Kestrel at #293. On another note, it looks like they removed the Evolution from their website today altogether. There is a link in their store that when clicked says category not found. Are they discontinuing that saddle completely?
 
They did the same thing when they went from the original aerohunter to the evo. Personally I have always liked the original better than the evo but that was just my preference.

Just order mine. Size 2 camo, two sets of gear hooks and camo bag. I am good to go now. I feel like I am waiting for Christmas day.

I was holding off as well... lasted 12 hours maybe... :) I remembered that when I ordered my evo it took 3 or 4 weeks to receive so decided I'd better act now before the line got too long. I ordered the evo well past the rush and also at the end of the season.. still a wait. My luck, I would have decided half-way through the season that I needed one and then not recieve because they are back ordered until way after even the late season. I just decided to order and be done with it.
 
Im glad none of you sold your saddles before this one came out. The Evo was very tempting to purchase prior and I am surprised they discontinued it so quickly.

They removed it from their website. I suppose they might make you one if you called them and requested it custom, but the only thing listed as an option at aerohunter.us is now the Kestrel.
