    2 blade fixed broadhead

    Zwickey or Steel Force. You can get a 3 pack of either for less than $30. You’ll have to do a lot to sharpen the Zwickey’s. The Steel Force come out of the box with a pretty good edge.

    Once you get on the platform if you put your foot close to the tree and give it a couple small jumps to really set it I wasn’t able to get hardly any squeak out of it.

    First coat of rattle can bedliner is on. I used an abrasive pad to take the shine off of the paint and then prepped with alcohol before applying. Initial thought is it doesn’t want to bond to the existing paint and scratches off pretty easily. Going to let this settle and cure a bit more before...

    It packs perfect in the front pocket of my little scouting/early season pack. Just point the legs away from your body and it’l work on any.

    I’ve got a guy that does aftermarket work on trucks. I may ask him if he can spray some bedliner across the contact points. I think that’d just about eliminate any noise. Id still be open to an easier more DIY friendly option if anyone has one.
