    I don't think there would be any advantage with a 12" step vs a 9". There advantages with a larger platform on top.

    I don't have an EWO platform, so I can't compare to that. I have traditionally hunted off a flat monarch pared with a ROS.     I am just here for the comments. I am not a buyer. I just don't understand these fancy attachment methods, what's wrong with a simple rope mod? I could tie off a stick blindfolded quicker than the video @enkriss posted.
