Okay so If there is no objections I'm gonna grab a case of burgers and a case of hotdogs. Gonna have a crockpot of beans, and maybe one of some type of BBQ, bacon, pepper, onion combo thing. I have all the paper products and silverware already. Some Hawkeye Bowhunter is bringing some sweet corn, and we already have the cooker out there for it. I'll also grab some bacon, eggs and bread for some breakfast as well if anyone is interested. If anyone wants to bring a side or bags of chips or anything feel free. We'll have plenty of cooler space in the fridge. If you plan on coming out Friday just let me know about what time so I can make sure I'm there. Any questions, please feel free to PM me, or call 724-462-9802, might be best to text me first though so I know your not trying to sell me an extended truck warranty. Looking forward to this.
 
Some questions...

1) (I am sure this was answered already) what time should I aim to be there on Saturday?

2) Is anyone going that has a muddy pro stick or Hawk helium for sale? I tried one sticking for the first time last night but I used a cheap climbing stick and it was no bueno.

3) Is trophyline going to be selling stuff as well there? (May bring some cash just in case)

Newbie here really looking forward to this meetup, shot from the saddle from the first time last night and damn was it nice.
 
Well call it a start time of 0800, a few folks are staying at the club overnight, so I'll be there early and we plan on cooking up breakfast and junk
I dont believe TL is planning on selling gear more showcasing and such... we can try to coordinate sales for next year!
As far as guys selling gear, no clue, sorry I couldn't help more
 
Mark (Treehopper) is supposed to be shipping me some stuff this week. I'm hoping it will be here in time.
Most of it will be available for sale but I won't be taking cash from anyone. Bring a credit card and call him during the meet up to complete the sale, or you can give me a check made out to Treehopper.
I think Mark is sending some stuff nobody has seen yet.

I'll be bringing a few Item to sell as well. To include an H2 saddle, 2 x ropeman 1s, Kong Duck, an oveal auto gate beaner, Tethrd gear strap, Tethrd back band, Tethrd lineman's and tether ropes, Samsung Predator ropes just to name a few. Hunt me down if interested in any of the above.
 
@Allegheny Tom Just got all my stuff in from Mark, was waiting on my tree suite and it came yesterday!

@Nugget May have to take a look at that H2 saddle, pretty happy with my Recon so far.

Anybody coming that single sticks? I could really use some input on that. I am still kind of on the fence with that vs 3 sticks.

@DanO I will probably be putting in a small order for you to bring. How do you want us to let you know to bring it, was there a code or something?

I'll have a single stick setup to show. Also bringing about 9-10 saddles from most manufacturers so you can check them out.

Just use code DEMODAY and I'll know to bring it. I'll be leaving Friday afternoon, so would be best to have orders in by Thursday night.

If there are any special requests for items that you want me to bring so you can see them, let me know. I'll just have the basics to show but can bring more. Not selling anything there, just bringing pre-paid orders and some samples.
 
I’ll have some things that I’d sell but not pushing it on anyone either. Daisy chains, a 10mm rappel rope and atc and prussik loop. Maybe some other things. Primal steps.

I gotta be honest trying to single stick for the first time, didn't go as bad as I thought it would, my main issue was getting the climbing stick disengaged from the tree to move it up (Using a cheap 32" rivers edge stick right now) and my aider being too short. I didn't hate it, but I am just torn whether or not the weight saving of 2 sticks is really worth the extra effort. I also don't have a rappelling setup.
(Sorry this probably isn't the right thread for this discussion)

I may be interested in a rappelling setup.
 
I know im bringing a notebook to right stuff down. I dont think ill have anything for sale, but mught be interested in a few of the items you all listed. Really looking forward to trying platforms including a helium mounted scout if anybody has one.
 
Cut out around two trees next to the yard and im gonna put up some ladder sticks for guys who wanna climb up easy and put on a platform of choice and shoot. We had a tree come down and get hung up on another in the area i originally cleared earlier this spring, but good climbing trees are a short walk from the pavilion, plus i have a SxS and two quads there if we needed to hual gear anywhere.
