2024 Gear thread

I may have asked those questions too @TK161BOONER lol. I'm leaning heavily towards trying a hybrid next year. Looking like the retrograde, ingwe and now the hitch. I've never tried a lock on but those 3 are similar in specs.

I wouldn’t use the ingwe for a hybrid. It’s super flexy. I personally wouldn’t use any stand they cut from 1/2” plate.

.5 is king when it comes to hybrid setups

I’m 180 after the rut lol, but if you are 200lbs or heavier I would go with a .5 .
I definitely can feel the weight difference from a .5 to a Ingwe, but Ingwe says do not toehook the stand. My personal opinion you would probably bend the platform if you did, I have used the stand a lot this season and haven’t had any complaints, when I first started off I thought I would run it this season and go back to a .5, but the more I ran it the more I like the stand. If you are looking for a stand you can beat and keep at it the .5 if the way to go, if you want something lighter and are willing to baby it for the weight savings the Ingwe may be a good choice also.

This has my interest… unlike the reported whitetail specific pack. That looks underwhelming imo View attachment 97039

Been hearing about that for about 2 years. Also, they were supposed to come out with a couple whitetail packs in 2023 and never did. They also had the shapecharge out of stock for atleast 4 months.

So on the hitch stand, with the hitch attachment point, when the stand is folded flat do you think that hitch attachment point will be sticking through the bottom of the platform rubbing your back raw while you are carrying it?

Looks like it might. The pic has the rope on the stand keeping it from folding flat

From the grapevine, or was it publicly announced like the CF Tethrd and TN platforms and so many products these last few years?

How does Shape Charge Out of Stock for 4months bear on it’s legitimacy? More likely or less likely?
