Aero Hunter Kestrel Flex

I ordered a kite with an adjustable webbing bridge on July 4 and after getting pushed back couple times and cancelling the rope portion of the order I was told sept 13th... I was refunded for the rope portion... checked today and my order status said the order had been cancelled and I had been refunded the entire 344 dollars but I was only refunded for the 155 for the ropes never the 189 for the kite...so as of right now I’m out a saddle and 189 bucks... super frustrated right now because I have been in contact via email and phone multiple times and been very clear about my order... needless to say I will be calling them right away Monday... not trying to trash talk AH or anything I know mistakes happen but I should be swinging in my kite right now... I’m sure they’ll make it right but just wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this? Sorry that got kinda long

Well AH emailed me back immediately and I have to say there customer service is the best... my order IS on the way... It just didn’t show it on the order update page and it did show a full refund but I guess that just how PayPal does it.... I shoulda known better than to get all pissy.. AH has been awesome to me through the whole process... can’t wait to get into my kite.. big thanks Debbie and Sophia for the awesome customer service!

Call and talk to Debbie she will take care of it. If you get the answering machine keep trying and remember they on in the Pacific time zone.
 
Just got my saddle and bridge. Still waiting on the ropes but very impressed with the quality of the saddle and their customer service department once I contacted them by phone. Well worth the wait in my opinion!

I ordered mine on the 24th of August and was thinking it would be here about the end of October, beginning of November. Really looking forward to it. The wait is half over. LOL

Ordered my Flex Kit Size 1 #5983 on 8/14. No updates as of yet. I haven't bothered them as they said 10 weeks at the time.
