I do like that V, I do like that it’s 6.8 lbs, I do like the dimensions even though I would prefer 17” wide. 16” is 1/2” narrower than the .5 but I hope the added length and normal person size seat post makes it a non issue.
 
Mine is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I’ll give you guys my initial thoughts in the evening.
 
Just opened the box.
6 lbs 8ozs bare stand.
7 lbs 4ozs with one strap and the provided seat cushion. Hunt ready for me.
Seat height feels good, I’m 6’2.
It is nice to not have my feet hanging off the end of the platform.
It’s narrower then what I’m used too but I knew that before I bought it.
I want to put it on a tree, in daylight, to be able to comment on the finish and function.

Is the seat a gel type like LWCG or a crappy foam seat?

How are the edges of the platform? Sharp?
