I wont derail this thread by talking about all of the disease ( diabetes, psoriasis, depression, hair loss, excess body fat, high blood pressure, arthritis, Chrohn's, Hashimoto's, reflux, to name a few) I have PERSONALLY seen cured or reduced symptomology of enough to make a significant change in the person's life by a change in nutrition intake. Feel free to PM me and Ill spill what I know. Long story short, a plan is better than no plan. Second, processed foods are poison, though they do not immediatly cause death, just progressive impairment at some level with continued consumption.
Keto, Primal, Paleo, Cyclic Ketogenic ( some of the best fat loss I have seen in heavier folks) are all fantastic, and just different flavors of a single ingredient based diet without sugars.
