I agree with you. Premium price implies premium product. They didn't hit that expectation, and that's a foul. I think there was definitely a rush to the market that bit them and their customers.I don't disagree to your feelings, and a definite first world problem it is, but, I do believe that when you pay $300 for a product, it better be right. I have sent a few lock on stand back that the cables did not share the same amount of weight on them. It seems very petty for me to ask for a replacement post due to the bolt holes not being right but they weren't and I just feel that for that price range, it should be right.
on another note, has anyone modified their outer teeth and found a way to minimize the slippage?

But, they seem to be cleaning it up as best as they can. I don't see an ambush gen 2 with a "new and improved" post being sold to fresh customers while gen 1 order guys are being told, "It's fine." I think they're making the best of a bad situation. What can they do other than fix it or refund it at this point? And it seems like they refused to send the first batch of replacement posts because they weren't up to snuff. Was there a better course of action?
I love the mini sticks and getting the Aiders for them. I have played around with the Ambush and love the weight and easy platform adjustment. Well worth itI'm waiting to hear some feedback from you guy's before I order 1. If they get all this stuff straightened out I'm going to order one and some mini sticks...
Maybe someone moved it for you?Lovely... USPS shows my post delivered "in or at mailbox" yet it is nowwhere to be found. The wait continues.
My ambush should be here Tuesday....

I succeeded in making my alpha an adjustable hang on. What a noodle!
It attached very well to the tree but the flex, unacceptable.
I removed the post and wasted no time installing the folding leg. A no brainer.
The difference is huge. My stand is ROCK SOLID.
Now I am more eager to see the Ambush. It may be a good platform but I bet a dozen arrows it's not as solid my folder.
Can you add an arm to the Ambush to help eliminate the flex?
