LWCG stand setups

You’re welcome! It helped simplify and centralize what I actually need and use in the woods. Carried way to much crap beforehand
Do u know which version you have? I just looked them up. I like the max hahaha

Little messy picture but anyone done anything similar to this?

I was using the Wolf Pack but found it too be too big without a good way to get it up the tree. I used the shelf but wasn’t sure I liked that.

Thinking with this it clears up my load shelf for layer, and or meat if i use it for meat purposes.

I can slip the Fanny pack on once I get to the tree and then take it off once I’m up.

I don’t take a lot of stuff in. Might need a slightly larger Fanny pack.

Thoughts? Any ways to improve it?

I like that concept! I never thought to do that. I’m experiment with mine when I get home

I just bought a Kuiu suspension for mine. Excited to get it on and see how it rides

Lemme know what ya think! I haven’t hunted with it yet so I can’t say for sure I’ll like it. Lemme know too on the kuiu suspension. I almost thought about going same route but adding the frame so I could pack game. Not sure might just do the suspension.

Also toying on the idea of instead of using a second pull strap on the bottom, using a daisy chain. I’ve noticed only one pull strap is necessary but like the added security of a second strap for a saddle hybrid setup.

I’ll figure it up soon. I may go with a frame as well. Looks easier to adjust and attach that way.

If I'm hiking 5 plus miles the frame comes with me. Otherwise the stock shoulder straps will do. If I'm scouting and hunting I take 2 sticks and 3 step aider and saddle. Roughly 15ish ft to hunt and can jump from spot to spot. I normally carry my pack with me to to haul meet out between the frame pack.

Savior pack under seatpost with the molle loops. Theres two version of this pack. One with the updated molle loop and one with the molle swen strape.

Backpack is the Kuiu 1850 pro.
I tell you tho this pack has been a life savior. When hiking back with the bow on the pack and walking back hands free. It just makes everything so light. The past few days I've hike/scouted over 8 plus miles and if I hadn't had this pack I've wouldn't of had done it again. Meaning I wouldn't scout those long distance again if I hadn't had this pack.

Sweet setup buddy! I’m looking to maybe do the same thing but leave the Frame on my stand. I’m the 3rd picture (hope it’s right) where is the part that would make the load shelf?

The back pack is pretty much the meat shelf. It has all the clips that attaches to the frame. That's why I carry the pack. It's kuiu system of of meat shelf between the pack and frame. If you do not want there pack they have just the meat shelf which can be purchase separately. Its basically a large folding flap/pouch with the clips to be attach to the frame. Ill probbaly get that next so i can eliminate the pack at some point.

I have another pic somewhere of just the frame attach to the .5. Theres a certain way to tie it so it can be more stream line and permanent. You won't have to use zip ties

Load Hauler. Add Pack Accessory Pouch for those few essentials.

Ever ran just the suspension? I’m looking to try it

No. Always have the frame on it.

I've tried it with just the shoulder strap with the pack without the frame for early scouts and stuff. But that was it.

But if your planning to just get the suspension without the frame and use zip tied. It's doable. Some guys like it I've never done it. But honestly you could probably just role with another shoulder strap off amazon for cheaper that is by far more comfortable than the stock straps. We all know how those are. No offense. I just use them to climb with. Already thinking about eliminating one of the strap and just role with one. Typically I drop the suspension and pack on the ground as I climb with the .5. Utilize the seat storage for what ever. But it varies alot. Late season I'll have the suspension permanently on the .5. Pack in the truck and my Fanatic set rolled up on the seat post.

As for water drink some Pedialite before heading out. Might help eliminate the water bottle. Unless your hiking few miles.
