New Gear for 2023, Go!

Did it seem as fiddly as we're thinking?
I didnt actually mess with it, just looked. Fiddly was my impression. That said I have seen a few things that I thought would be too fiddly that in practice actually worked very well. I like the innovation and the lack of metal, just dont want to be a leader on trying it out, lol.

Short video on that new WLR tether. $90, still too much for me but the video made it much more appealing ( to me) uses redundant soft shackles for the hitch and the tether rope. I'm sure that's not for everyone but that's probably the most innovative thing I've seen in a tether and/or hitch. One of you rope guys figure that out for me so I don't have to buy one  :disrelieved: only 2% kidding
I saw that, it's clever and I really like it. I'm just personally leery of soft shackles for climbing. Somebody without that hangup will probably enjoy the pants off of this tether.

May have been posted but worth another look for 1 stickers
That thing actually looks like an impressive innovation to me. Most of the new stuff seems the same nowadays. To bad I hate one sticking so I can’t use it haha.

I could see it replacing my third stick & platform.
