New Gear for 2023, Go!

On my beast stand I stopped cam locking by doing the knee on seat and toe hooking the platform. I cam lock it by hand then do a light stomp by the post. No popping for me and no kick out. I think I seen it mentioned in a video somewhere

Dan recommends sitting on the seat and picking up the edge of the platform with your heel.

It doesn’t set on skinny crooked trees. I don’t care what anyone claims. I have tried it hundreds of times on a hundred different trees. You hunt straight 12”+ diameter trees then okay probably works well. On nasty fringe crap like I am forced to hunt. Not a chance.

Like I said, we couldn't possibly have a more different experience. If I couldn't use it in crooked trees I wouldn't be using it. Next time I walk by the tree I hunted in let year I'll take a picture. It was nearly at a 45* angle and it was flawless

It wasn't Dan's video, I want to say traditionalbowhunter? A bald dude that uses a stick bow. But yeah, different strokes for different folks

Yea I definitely get it. Everything is going up, it sucks. I guess my point is it’s hard to justify a 700$ pack when my 300$(on sale) pack does almost as good if not just as good. I really want a k4, trust me I’m not knocking anyone. People want to complain about high prices yet don’t take advantage of cheaper priced items that exist.

$375. They were out of stock on some sizes….and came back about $10 more now.

Oddly, it seems the kit pricing hasn’t changed much, like only $1 for the 2200. Can’t say for the others.

Lol. I just sold 2 Popup28s to fund a K4 Frame. But I probably don’t really need anything more than a Popup.
