It's carbon fiber, so...yes.
It's Tethrd, so...
Yeah I'll be waiting until year 2 for that one. But the thought of having a modded climbing platform that weighs half, or less, of what I'm using now is intriguing. And if LWCG can get $500 for the .5 and be sold out consistently, then getting $400+ for the Carbon XL platform should be easy for them. Not to mention inflation is like 8% and going to keep going for several years. And people still eat it up. I just don’t get it.
I have an ask. I want some to make a sight picker picker akin to the Harry Potter wand picker. Got me a new bow and I want a new sight. Good grief…. I know that’s not new tech but is there an app for that? Tinder for bow sights? HahahHah

Also did anyone see the LWCG climber video on YouTube but some random guy? Not sure how accurate his information is but they said 800-900 $ and 10 to 12 lbs.
Guys, carbon fiber platforms have been done before. Ol man tree stands made a carbon fiber version of their tree stand. They also did a titanium version. Neither one worked out.
I didn't know that. I just read about the Old Man Air Elite. It still weighed 17lbs (circa 2012) and cost $400. Yikes.
Someone claimed Summit tried one 20yrs ago.
And then, the stake in the heart...where's that ultralight climbing platform...buckeyeboy's promised...

Not sure how I feel about a Carbon fiber platform either. My only thought is I’m surprised they didn’t bring one out in a normal predator size. If the XL carbon is around 3lbs the smaller could maybe be 2lbs which would be nice if companies reach 2 pounds for a platform but a decent sized one.

I cannot figure how to post a link, so here a the video you can look up. It doesn’t even show it, just says he talked to LWCG people. That’s why I’m not sure about it.
This should take you there I think.
A $900 climber….Jesus…
That's what I was thinking... my summit open shot costed me 100 bucks...A $900 climber….Jesus…
