Make that 33 5/8 at 6 lbs and I'm in.
Or even 7 pounds. I just can’t get into those super small stands, the .5 is very successful though so there must be a market. They need an in between size like the .75 and the beast stand to get my attention.

I'm hoping folks complaining about price take a look at that screen shot and do some soul searching. Yes, there are supply chain issues. Yes, there is a major military conflict. Yes, there is still pandemic stuff. But we're staring into a lot of economic uncertainty. And yes, our institutions could do a lot better job at managing that. But the gubment didn't make that feller bid 670.00 on a thing he'll be able to buy in a month for 275.00.

We are all also responsible for the increase in prices of gear. Markets are incredibly efficient at finding the price of a good or service. Emerging markets with little regulation or institutionalized norms are even more efficient. Volatile, but efficient. I was sort of happy to see no one on this site pay my ask of 450.00 of those sticks. It showed a modicum of self control. The open market reminded me just how out of touch with reality we all are.

Just wait. The stuff will be there. And it won't kill you more deers...

I’m really trying to limit what gear I buy this season. I really have all of the equipment that I NEED to kill deer. Just a matter of having self control to not buy the WANTS. Definitely not overpaying for things that I don’t NEED.

Keep in mind people will buy non existent digital currency for $60,000 that is now under $20,000 just like someone will pay over a million for an original unopened Nintendo Mario Bros. game. You can’t ever control a market no matter what the item or good. Ammo, food, climbing sticks or whatever.
