Damn fellas, total of 121 LBS lost to date! Keep the pressure on! We've managed to get a few vendors to throw some swag into the pot for the 3 top loosers (myself excluded...I cant expect mortals to compete!)

My sweet tooth is still very active. I found that frozen lite whipped cream with some nuts and berries is almost like ice-cream! I have been cheating a bit by putting the occasional unsweetened chocolate chip in there when no ones lookin.

I lso didnt realize I liked brussel sprouts!

Late comer @MoBowGuy came in hot...He has technology. I downloaded the app and stood on my phone. I need a new phone now. Thanks @MoBowGuy
Technically, that scale was bought for the wife. In two years however, she has not used it. Maybe if i mention it to her, id lose the weight from being in the hospital getting my nutrition through an IV and sipping water through a straw lol

BOYS!!! KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!!!
I made em, I ate em...and ill admit it, I cried a little.

I’m very happy to be apart of this and the motivation that it has given me to lose some weight.
Everyone keep up the good work, not every week is going to be a weight loss. Stay positive, stay focused and think about next hunting season.

Dan

243 this morning. Still going strong on the diet, but have significantly slowed on the weight loss. Monday will start picking up on cardio and weights to try and kick it back into gear.

236. Being on the road for the last week, I’m pretty impressed that it’s not worse.

As you increase your activity (and that is a great thing), be careful. I have noticed that cardio doesn't really change my appetite, but lifting, especially lifting heavy, makes me ravenous. Because of that, I avoided lifting for a couple of years. As I have come to recognize that I needed to do strength work and had a problem, I had to change my eating habits. I prefer to lift in the evening. I used to have a snack around 4:30 and then eat between 5:30 and 6:00. I would get home from the gym around 8:00 and be starving. I have now pushed off my snack to after I lift.

Just be mindful of how changes in your behavior affect you and make changes to other aspects of your day.

Keep up the great work.
