Sorry I didn’t see this till now, but I’m glad my Father knows what’s happening even when others don’t, but I’m praying for your daughter and your family...
 
Thank you guys!!!!! It has been a really tough 36 hours. Little to no sleep. Going from our normal life. Going to the lowest point of my life and then going to one of the highest points. There were a lot of tears shed. I'm just physically and emotionally drained right now.

I firmly believe that a miracle was performed today.

Sorry to hear about the accident but glad her surgery went well!! Nothing hurts more than something happening to your kids!! Praying for her and your family!
 
Update for the day. Her goal for today is to walk the hallway 3 times. She is exhausted from the surgery and everyone coming in to check on her and give her meds.

She had been up 4 times to use the bathroom and had been successful, which isn't always easy after surgery.

She won't be able to eat for at 3 weeks or until her pancreas is healed. She has a PICC line which will be giving her the nutrients and calories she needs until then.

We just feel so blessed to have our daughter. Thanks again for all the prayers!!!!

I'll check to see if she can receive cards in the mail at the hospital. I'm sure she would really appreciate that. Unfortunately, due to covid they are only allowing 1 parent in at a time and get brother may not be able to see her. This whole ordeal has been torture on my wife and me but through Christ we will persevere.
