Screw it, I'm going back to the whisker biscuit

If your getting fletching contact then your rest is not dropping fast enough.
You have to ajust the cord that goes to your cable.

I have enough whiskers on my face....don't want any more. :tearsofjoy:

Bought a Hamskea Trinity Hunter rest for my bow last week and got it installed/tuned this week. Very happy with it.

Whisk away boys (and girls)....whisk away! lol

Do you not get fletching contact with the WB? Hummmm…. I’m kidding (sort of) but kidding. Hopefully the WB is the answer and you grab the confidence back.
Sounded like your cable cord wasn’t tight enough.

Another victory for the Whisker Biscuit this evening. Had a doe slip up on me. While positioning for the shot my broadhead hung on a brier and popped off the string. It turned the lighted knock on, but the biscuit held onto the arrow. I just reached up and clipped it back on the string.

She wound up quartering away hard. She got hammered.

On line they list it with 3 sizes. Anyone find where they list that size? I might be coming to the WB light ...

Whisker Biscuit Quick Shot One Size Likely a medium. I believe that’s what I have. I think it’s relative to the hole in biscuit vs your shaft diameter. The link above says it’s a one-size, but I’d guess it’s a medium.3B16EBE0-EF56-4B76-9A3A-FBF7E639C664.jpeg

Looks like a kill and grill right there.

Well @thedutchtouch any remorse to going to the WB now??
None at all lol. I'll likely stick with it for quite a while, unless the urge to tinker strikes this off-season again. I do think that I'll experiment with adding a nose button and removing the peep at some point, but for this season at least the bow is staying as-is.

Ya. Don’t start experimenting mid season. Especially with removing the peep. Just wait until 2024 and start messing with it. You will end up having to adjust your sight left or right a decent amount and relearn your anchor points off your nose, etc.

After Saturday's double, I've killed as many deer this season as all prior seasons combined lol (3) so I am definitely happy with this new bow and the whisker biscuit/ez-v combo.

Disclaimer: I've had a lot more time to hunt this year and scouted into a good area that I hadn't really hunted before so that surely factors in as well
