I have met and talked with Andrew on a bunch of occasions and he is a solid guy trying to help all saddle hunters to have a better experience and give them top notch equipment.
I agree with Zac all of these small companies face the same challenges and problems of trying to meet the demands of the growing number of saddle users. Unfortunately, the demand outpaces their ability to supply and sometimes it's due to circumstances beyond their control.
We have more options now than ever for both saddles and saddle related accessories, when I first joined this site we had one a used Trophyline Treesaddle or nothing at all. Since then we now have several commercial options and numerous DIY as well. In the last two years it's been like Christmas for saddle hunters compared to the old days.
All of the saddle companies would like to be able to meet the needs of all the saddle users, no business wants unsatisfied customers or they won't stay in business very long, unfortunately sometimes suppliers can't meet their needs or other unforeseen things happen and they can only apologize.
I know for some it is disappointing and hard to wait when you want to be in the woods hunting out of a saddle but I assure you no one involved with any of the saddle manufacturers would ever intentionally keep a customer waiting. It is bad for their business and bad for their customer relations.
