The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

I sat my home property two afternoons ago and got screwed by the neighbors. 6 and 8pt walking straight to me when they came out their house loud as hell and the bucks blew out of there. Drawback to bow hunting in a neighborhood I guess. Also saw a very pretty black coyote that I think I’ll try to trap

Back out at it again this morning. Down in the swamp looking for something brown to stroll by. I've got today and tomorrow and my season is done.
Rut just kicking up in my old stomping grounds. Mild cold front coming through next weekend. Trying to figure out how to get a yard pass with 200lbs of venison in the freezer, no more room on the wall in the office, and baby on the way…

Happy New Year team 8! With the calendar flip my deer season is officially closed. Switching over to small game through February to continue getting into the woods and doing some post season scouting.
I just realized that my two ground deer would have put us in the lead. Oof. Sorry dudes!
I have secured a yard pass for one more weekend of hunting. Trying to decide if I want to spend in on 45/65 weather during rut, or wait for more bitter cold to gin up daytime movement.

I didn't go to Ohio this year but I still could...
I'm gonna try to shoot 2 different Winter Leagues this year.

Well, I’ve cleared schedule and the old lady is sick of my crap. I think I may have earned a tail end of rut hunt next weekend…some good reports from my area…fingers crossed boys!
