I’ve had 4 Tailgunners and sold them all, great packs, but a little small. My Scout is my travel lumbar and I love it, but the Hellcat is perfect in my opinion for hunting.LOL...I am still a little irritated I didn't go ahead and order a scout and tailgunner this last go round.
Trying to figure out something to keep the “amsteel” on the side of the stick, so I used a elastic rope...
Seems to work good, but if anyone finds a different way let me know. Thanks View attachment 45552View attachment 45553View attachment 45554View attachment 45555View attachment 45556View attachment 45557View attachment 45558Hey View attachment 45559

got mine in last night. I just rolled the amsteel around the stick and stuck the tag end into the tube. Works pretty good
Got my One sticks. Overall pretty happy, but there is for sure room for a V2.0 improvements or options when ordering.
They should come with a 6-12 pack of the pins in orange & black for spares. I think this will be a something that will occasionally need replaced from time to time no matter how careful one is.
I think in a few weeks we'll have several aider options, rope secure options, end caps and even foam. Hell, even though these can be made and sourced, someone probably will put together a "kit" for these. lol.
Maybe they should use hot melt for the pins, like archery inserts. They look pretty hard to remove.
I was told by Tethrd that they are held in place with an O ring. We’ll see how easily they can be removed soon.

Gotcha, that's a change since the prototypes, like the orange pins.
On tethrds website under description it says
anyone know what thats about?
- included vinyl sound tube barrier
I had asked that before too.
Is there a vinyl coating on the tube?
It would add to the weight and this stick is all about the weight. Just my opinion. Plus it's become expected that everyone will spend another $50 per stick to mod them. Not that I can see. It is surprising they didn’t launch these with some sort of sound proofing.
