Tethrd One Stick Gen 3's - Season review so far

Use the 3 step Ultimaider. Keep in your pack/pocket(wherever). Place on your bottom step with loops, remove when done. Might wear a little but they have pieces to put on to prevent. Sure you could also come up with something. Good luck! That’s what I use in 2- step version, works great!

I'm using 3 sticks for my stand and 3 with my saddle just ordered amsteel aiders from EWO 2 step for the bottom and 1 step for my 2nd and 3rd sticks and rappelling down.Screenshot_20230221-181600_Gallery.jpg

I was thinking about selling my new tehard one stick's and changed my mind. The only thing I don't like is not made in US! and I really don't like mini sticks with aiders! But it's hard to beat 3lbs and 3 sticks! Now I'm gonna use aiders and rappell down I'm happy with them. It would be really hard to carry 2lb sticks after using them!!
 
Seems like these sticks have come full circle from being a big cluster fudge to being the favorite overall stick around here. Still seems sketchy they won’t let you just order as many as you want at one time though.
 
Have any One Stick owners had the opportunity to put their hands on the XOP look alike? Curious to see if there are any differences that will set them apart.

Has anyone used the Vital Ground Outdoors fixed and/or moveable amsteel aider for the Tethrd one? Looking for feedback - Im intrigued by their fixed one (currently out of stock) with solid steps and also the containment system that comes with their fixed aiders.

I changed all my stock amsteel to the VGO weighted ones and they are super. I haven’t tried their aiders but they are super to deal with.

@Mschmeiske they just posted on IG they are $299 till they run out and they have limited quantities
