No.

At best, it is ambiguous due to a failure in language application.

If properly constructed, "Aerospace grade" should be a common modifier.

"Aluminum and Aerospace grade titanium" would be one way of differentiating the modifier.
 
Somehow or another I received a Fall 2022 catalog from tethrd in the mail, with this blatantly false statement on the inside cover:

Over much larger surfaces though, and with specifically rated rivets and routine inspection cycles. The load of an aircraft fuselage is spread out. The load of a climbing stick is very small. Not an equal comparison.

Got mine back, looks identical to how I sent it off just had tags on both steps I guess to identify that they had been tested. No wiggle. Used the gen 1s all season last year and love them. Bought one more gen 2 this year and happy with it to. Even with all the hate. Have had many sticks and don’t like any better but to each there own. Mine might fail today but like I said I love them

I sent all 3 of the 3 packs back for a refund. They inadvertently returned 1 of the sets I sent in. It arrived Friday. I called them this morning and let them know... those sticks are going back, too. I thought it might be some attempt at getting me to keep them at no cost as a PR effort to get some positivity out there. Lol
 
I called this morning to ask about my refund. No answer, left a message, no refund as of yet.

Got mine back today. Sent in 6 brand new sticks a week ago. Got back 2 new looking sticks. 2 sticks with some cuts to the grey plastic in a few places, but not much else. And 2 with marks/cuts and missing grey rubber on the top and bottom of the tube like they were holding it with a wrench around the tube. Two of the sticks have one reflective tab each that are split down the middle and peeling off. I realize cosmetic imperfections don't matter in the long run, but for what I paid it'd have been nice to get back sticks in the same condition I sent them.

I don't want a refund, but as of now if I could do it again, I probably wouldn't. I might feel differently in November.
