Tethrd One Sticks Gen 2

I've not had a problem getting through to them. It might take a couple phone calls on a given day, but I've been able to get through.

I'm kind of shocked. They are giving away one sticks on an IG contest. ***?

They gotta do something with those refunded sticks. I don’t think they can sell them legally… but give them away… maybe?

Every time I call go to voice-mail. Like I said I'm ready to dispute the charge. Can't answer the phone, can't call people back, can't respond to emails. I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt. Citi will get their attention if needed.

If people continue to give them their money, the company will continue to operate at this status quo. People need to speak with their wallets and exert the fact that consumers being the product testers is not how this works.

As long as people keep buying their "game changing" hype of the poorly R&D'd and tested products they put out, they are going to continue to take advantage of consumers...

It's a company more driven by hype about the product than the actual product itself, did you expect it to stop or accelerate when they put out a turd?
I'm new to this whole scene. But I'm learning a lot and really wish I didn't jump in so fast. I would have spent money elsewhere

From the site:

"You guys made it possible for a group of weirdo saddle hunters to follow our dreams and build a really cool idea. Because of that, we’re always looking for ways to give back. Honestly, we couldn’t think of many better ways than to figure out a way to watch 5 young hunters follow their dreams and hunt their brains out."

They're trying the best they can to give back to the consumer...by spending their money on some more advertising...

I've moved from frustration to genuine amusement at Tethrd and the people who give them money

I had the same response. I put a nice note in the box telling them I wanted my money back since 2 of my brand new sticks had a lot of wobble on the lower step. I eventually did get refunded. Not very happy with how things played out. Not another dime from me.

Reviews, reviews, mentions..all over Facebook and social media. They can't regulate you mentioning or reccomending/not reccomending them on FB in your own feed, but it is searchable and will show up if people are researching....

I posted a few times on Facebook back when the recall first came out . The only thing that seemed to come of it was earning a temporary "top fan" badge on the tethrd page (lol thanks fb algorithms) and a tethrd catalog in the mail.

Call 612-643-9331 between 9-3 CST. Demand a refund.. Damn you people are patient. I was on the phone the day after they were delivered. Had a refund before I hung up.
It takes a lot more patience to deal with calling to try and get a refund than it does to just send them notice you want a refund, give them a bit of time to provide it, and if not chargeback, unless you really need the money right now.

You really think they are going to reply to email? They probably have 100k in that inbox and just black holed that e-mail address.
