The official saddle hunting fanny pack /lumbar pack thread

Bag w/ platform. The platform slips between the back pad and semi rigid frame. Screenshot_20221018-100510.pngDrey is either worn or strapped to pack. Bolts are in side pocket. If I use sticks, I can strap them or carry.

Scout, hellcat, tail gunner all no longer in production but can be found at a premium. Then the rogan which is in production.

I really like my Badlands Monster but def wish I would have bought one of the Kifaru’s that were in classifieds a yr or two ago

Kifaru had limited runs of all three (Tailgunner, Scout, Hellcat) last year. The Scout is I believe the only one of them that had stays. I considered it as it also pairs well with a .5.

I think the Blacks Creek Cure shown above by @kbetts offers more function for a saddle hunter. Those other choices are just big fanny packs imo.

You are correct. The bag seperates like a MR pop up. Platforms fit well. The LWCG was a little big....the predator fits like it was made for it. It's all about the load lifters and that sweet platform slot. The thing is made to carry weight when needed.

Can you take some pics and measurements please. There is next to nothing on The Cure bag that i can find. Not even the inside.

It's not the best, but you can get somewhat of an idea of the pack from this Blacks Creek Video on loading their Cure Lumbar Pack with meat.

Does the bag come off completely? I had an idea to leave it in Frame load hauling mode and attach it to the frane of my .5 and then take the bag off in the tree if that is even possible.

The bag will come completely off.
 
So came across a hellcat n tailgunner that a guy has. Im more interested in the hellcat what is a good price for each used of course ?

Looks like the Hellcat has been listed from $250-$300 on Rokslide with $280 often being the mark.
 
Bought a sitka tool belt and I’m having issues making it work for me, how have you guys rigged that up? I’m running 4 beast full size and a predator
