Same. I've looked at the Chrage broadheads too. Tempting...
I have some of the Chinadermics that I'd send to you. I haven't had a chance to shoot a deer with them. But they look very similar to the real thing.

QAD Exodus are .040". but the length of blade is significantly shorter, and there's three. So in terms of strength/integrity of the blades, they likely equal or exceed. There's the drawback of penetration loss in 2 blade versus 3 blade, but if you're shooting the mako with bleeders, that difference goes away.
I'd also give a nod to the exodus tip being more likely to hold up long term.
All that said, these look like cool heads, and probably hold up well long term. Is it difficult to sharpen that concave blade shape? Sharpening the exodus is stupid easy.
Edit - there's obviously no price comparison, but the iron will's are even thicker than .050 in their 100gr. but they don't publish it. Edit - check that - .062"...
Edit Magnus Black hornet thickness .059"....
I don't mind a replaceable 3 blade, but I've never seen a 3 or 4 blade broadhead that wasn't a pain to sharpen. Hard to get a really acute angle on them.Hey @Nutterbuster, Why no 3 blades? Just curious. Nathan
Off topic from the toughest broadheads but G5 montecs are 1 of the easiest broadheads to sharpen and they're a 3 blade. I have never used 1 more than twice through a deer by choice. I'm sure they would do fine but I prefer replacing my blades instead of sharpening.I don't mind a replaceable 3 blade, but I've never seen a 3 or 4 blade broadhead that wasn't a pain to sharpen. I think for now I'm rocking some 3 blade muzzys because cheap and because easy. May look into something like the grizzly single bevels in the future because also cheap and also easy (to sharpen.)
It's my first year using them and my first year using a 4 blade and I'm impressed. I've shot the same 100gr. through 4 deer already and just touched it up a little on their sharpener they sell and have had no issues.I've shot 4 tooth of an arrow broad heads 10 different times. (Total of 10 shots) After each shot I clean and reshoot at target.
Then resharpen. All flew great. One of the heads had to shoot point blank to finish off a spine shot.
That head got a little beat up from hitting the ground. It took extra sharpening but flies fine. Just looks a little different at the tip. Its now my finisher for next time i need it.
125 grains 1" width.
I resharpened with the tooth of an arrow stone they sell.
My first year shooting them after 10 years with rages. Very pleased!

i hear theyre forged in satan's hot tub. cmon now. if those are in anyones price range to kill a whitetail i envy you.Lots of good broadheads mentioned but you asked about the toughest reusable head. None of the broadheads mentioned above will outlast Bishop Archery’s S7 tool steel heads. They have several 2 and three blade single and double bevel models. But....$399 for three...yikes.

They're not sexy, but there's a reason the classic 3-blade Muzzy is still around and selling strong--they just flat-out kill deer. I prefer using replacement blades, which are cheap and readily available, over sharpening used blades, but that's just me.Challenge declined, lol. You win.
I've never been a broadhead connoisseur. All of them I've shot fly fine for me, most of them cut fine, and few of them are durable enough to please me without being expensive enough that when they get lost in the swamp mud they don't irritate me.
I'll probably shoot these muzzys for now, and I may go back to the 2 blade stinger.
Yep. I have three of them rocking right now. In an environment that makes arrow recovery not at all a sure thing, a $40 broadhead isn't for me.They're not sexy, but there's a reason the classic 3-blade Muzzy is still around and selling strong--they just flat-out kill deer. I bet i can smack one into one of these big granite/quartz boulders and ruin it. send a 3 pack!
Lifetime warranties are cool, but with magnus offering the same thing and a pack costing less than and individual head...Yeah, crazy price tag but....lifetime warranty. I’d hate to think how much I’ve spent on broadheads over the past 15 years and 100+ bow kills later.
