I like the looks of the ironwill and the black hornet. They all 3 are very comparable heads with slight differences to each one. The Black Horney would be good for a state that requires your broadhead to not have a "barbed" trail point. The Iron Will's look VERY nice, but I coudn't bring myself to pay that for a broadhead.. That's just too much. I would definitely buy the black hornet..

I've shot 4 tooth of an arrow broad heads 10 different times. (Total of 10 shots) After each shot I clean and reshoot at target.
Then resharpen. All flew great. One of the heads had to shoot point blank to finish off a spine shot.

That head got a little beat up from hitting the ground. It took extra sharpening but flies fine. Just looks a little different at the tip. Its now my finisher for next time i need it.
125 grains 1" width.

I resharpened with the tooth of an arrow stone they sell.

My first year shooting them after 10 years with rages. Very pleased!

I don't mind a replaceable 3 blade, but I've never seen a 3 or 4 blade broadhead that wasn't a pain to sharpen. Hard to get a really acute angle on them.

I think for now I'm rocking some 3 blade muzzys because cheap and because easy. May look into something like the grizzly single bevels in the future because also cheap and also easy (to sharpen.)

Off topic from the toughest broadheads but G5 montecs are 1 of the easiest broadheads to sharpen and they're a 3 blade. I have never used 1 more than twice through a deer by choice. I'm sure they would do fine but I prefer replacing my blades instead of sharpening.

It's my first year using them and my first year using a 4 blade and I'm impressed. I've shot the same 100gr. through 4 deer already and just touched it up a little on their sharpener they sell and have had no issues.

Iv had terrible luck with the montecs so I’m switching I’m torn between themagnus buzz cut,black hornet ser razor, or the saber tooth from steelforce

I bet i can smack one into one of these big granite/quartz boulders and ruin it. send a 3 pack!

I've never been a broadhead connoisseur. All of them I've shot fly fine for me, most of them cut fine, and few of them are durable enough to please me without being expensive enough that when they get lost in the swamp mud they don't irritate me.

I'll probably shoot these muzzys for now, and I may go back to the 2 blade stinger.

They're not sexy, but there's a reason the classic 3-blade Muzzy is still around and selling strong--they just flat-out kill deer. I prefer using replacement blades, which are cheap and readily available, over sharpening used blades, but that's just me.

Yep. I have three of them rocking right now. In an environment that makes arrow recovery not at all a sure thing, a $40 broadhead isn't for me.

Yeah, crazy price tag but....lifetime warranty. I’d hate to think how much I’ve spent on broadheads over the past 15 years and 100+ bow kills later.

Lifetime warranties are cool, but with magnus offering the same thing and a pack costing less than and individual head...

Magnus are great, I’ve killed a few critters with them. But not in the same category as the toughest brought his available.

I’ve never dropped cash on Bishop heads either for the record.

a few brands come with the lifetime warranty now. Magnus has had that for a lonnnng while. Bishop is a ripoff. Tool steel...how much can S7 tool steel really cost? Honest question.

Broadheads for the rich and famous. I mean i prolly lose 2 arrows a year at least. What good is the guarantee on that??? Im sorry, i cant hop on that train...ever. if you use their arrows and parts were talking like 200 an arrow prolly. Just not practical

I don't know what size stock they start with before machining but assume u get 1 broadhead per every 2"
