What I didn’t do today.... was shoot a deer. Hahaha. Had 7 ppl hunting and I saw the only 3 deer. A momma and her almost spotless fawns.

That’s it. Clear cut “should” be fine this week. Ready to climb some trees in there

Went to Dr.
I fell in camp right on my arm.
I tripped on a te t stake of all things.

I have a torn tricep.
The tendon tore a small bone chip off the elbow.

Yes it hurt like hell. Then Severe chills for about 30 minutes.
I had to wrap up in a sleeping bag.

I been told not to be climbing trees for half the season.
Still debating on whether to have it fixed or not.

@Bigfoot522 - oh man that sucks. I’d see at least 2 specialists for more than one expert medical opinion. That bone chip from the elbow could be a chronic cause of inflammation and aggravating pain.

If you’re going to lose a hunting season, I’d sacrifice the current one and get your surgery done now so you’re fully recovered for next year.

Good luck on a speedy recovery.

Good luck to you as well. We've had good weather but the wind seems to never be right.

Well its not today but it was yesterday, spent all day getting firewood down and stacked in our firewood room in the house and other areas I can find places to stash it. We love wood heat but you never think you have enough!!!
