SH I'm reaching out for y'all

Keep your head up brother! I am an Iraq War combat veteran and deal with PTSD and anxiety everyday. You are dealing with a lot right now, but it will definitely get better. When you're at the bottom you can only go up. Take it one day at a time and look for the positive in life. Sent from my...

    Verse button or rope cleat

You can make your own versa buttons, with a bolt, spacer, fender washer, and lock nut. Versa button you can also use 1/4" amsteel blue, very light and strong. I dont think 1/4" amsteel works with the cam cleat system. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

The lightest multi-step aider ever conceived?

I made some Amsteel aiders and didn't like them personally. They did kickout easy on me, even with putting my toes against the tree. They hard for me to get my foot into comfortably while descending. If you added some rubber hose to the step area that would definitely improve the ease of...

My Not So Lightweight Reinforced Climbing Sticks"!!!

I would guess around 5oz after the angles are cut off and before the holes are drilled. You are cuting off close to 4.5 inches just for the angled cuts. Maybe a finished weight near 4-4.5oz each. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

If you are using this material the linear foot weight is listed here, you can guestimate an approximate weight. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

    My DIY ultra-light stick build....

I made my steps at 10", I wear a 12 4E. You have to remember even with a 10" step that only leaves you with a 4.5" step, because of the 1" aluminum tube in the middle. A 8" step would be a 3.5" step. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
