Oh oh, I didn't see that before I got mine. I hope I don't tear them up. I'm going 260 without gear these days.I read yesterday they have a max weight of 220 lbs.

I did some digging and found the weight rating on Amazon. From what I understand they are made in China. As a fellow big guy I am going to pass on getting them. I think from what I have seen for an average size guy they are very viable.
Hopefully one of those Canadians will build some aluminum Eonpows for men.

I may have a set of modified Eonpow climbers for sale. Dang. I really was looking forward to using these.

I simply drilled and tapped the tube for my plastic wing nut. It seems pretty good so far. I wrenched on it pretty good and it didn't strip out. If it holds up, it's easier than getting a nut welded on.
Sorry to hear that fawnzy. My mom is suffering the last stages of lung disease I do empathize, I hope your dad pull through his trial. I will pray for your dad now.I’m sorry I haven’t followed up on the aluminum. My Dad is in ICU right now and it’s been touch and go.

I welded mine myself. I am a poor welder but my welding job works.I was going to do that but I had a welder lined up so I went ahead and welded the nuts on.
